Someone is searching for what you sell. Today.

01

Are you on page one?

Nobody scrolls to find you. If you’re not in the first few results, for the searches that actually matter, you may as well not be indexed.

02

Are you showing up for "near me" searches?

People in your area are typing “your service + near me” hundreds of times a day. Are you one of the businesses they get directions to?

03

Are AI platforms citing your website?

ChatGPT, Google’s AI Overviews, Perplexity and Gemini now answer questions outright and name a handful of businesses. If you’re not one of them, the customer never reaches a results page at all.

Invisible doesn’t stay still. It compounds.

Doing nothing is still a decision. It just bills you later.

THE ESCALYTIC APPROACH

Be the business people find at the exact moment they need you.

That’s the entire job. Rank where your market searches. Get named where they ask. Convert them once they land. Everything we do serves one of those three.

FOUND

Ranked on Google

Technical foundations, local signals and content built for the searches that bring you buyers, not browsers.

CITED

Named by AI

Structured, retrievable, credible content that AI assistants can quote and recommend when someone asks for a business like yours.

CONVERTED

Turned into enquiries

Traffic is not the result. We fix the path from landing on your site to picking up the phone.

What we actually do.

Five disciplines. One outcome, more of the right people finding your business, and more of them getting in touch.

SEO

The foundation everything else compounds on. We fix what’s broken, build what’s missing, and earn the authority that makes rankings hold instead of bouncing.

AEO & GEO

Answer Engine and Generative Engine Optimisation. Getting your business named, quoted and recommended inside ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and Gemini, where a growing share of your market now starts and ends its search.

CRO

Traffic that doesn’t convert is a vanity metric. We find where visitors hesitate, drop off or leave, and rebuild the path from landing to enquiry.

Google Ads

Buy the intent you haven’t earned yet. Paid search covers the ground while the organic work compounds underneath it, then scales back as rankings take over.

Meta Ads

Search captures demand that already exists. Meta creates it, putting your business in front of people who need you but haven’t thought to look yet.

Who we work with.

The methods aren’t industry-specific, search behaviour is. These are the markets whose buyers, competition and search patterns we know best.

Law Firms

High-value, high-trust, fiercely contested locally. Winning here is about local visibility, practice-area depth and being the name that shows up when someone needs help urgently.

Accountants

A market where nearly every competitor says the same thing. Visibility and specificity are what separate the practice that gets the enquiry from the one that gets ignored.

Ecommerce

Hundreds of pages, thin descriptions and technical debt at scale. Fixing structure and product-level search intent moves revenue faster than any campaign.

Financial Services

Brokers, advisers and finance firms operating under real trust and compliance constraints. Content has to rank and stand up to scrutiny, both are non-negotiable.

Not on the list? The fundamentals still apply. The strategy changes.

No shortcuts. Ever.

There’s a version of this work that looks brilliant for three months. Bought links, private blog networks, mass-generated pages, keyword stuffing. It moves rankings fast, and then an algorithm update arrives and the recovery costs more than the growth was ever worth.

We don’t do it. Not out of principle, out of arithmetic. You’d be the one paying for it, twice.

01

Audit

A full technical, content, authority and tracking baseline. We find out what’s actually wrong before anyone proposes a fix. Nothing in the strategy is guessed.

02

Strategy

Every opportunity ranked by impact against effort, mapped to your market and your real competition. You see the reasoning, not just the deliverables.

03

Foundation

Technical fixes, site structure, internal linking, tracking and local and entity signals, in that order. Content published on a broken foundation wastes the budget that produced it.

04

Growth

Content built to rank on Google and to be retrieved and quoted by AI assistants, plus authority earned through legitimate outreach and digital PR. Nothing bought, nothing spun.

05

Measure and compound

Monthly reporting against tracked outcomes, not impressions. What we did, what moved, what’s next, and the strategy adjusted on evidence rather than on a schedule.

Proof you can actually check.

Rankings are how we get there, not what we’re paid for. Here’s what you see, every month, whether the news is good or not.

Tracked outcomes, not impressions

Calls, forms, enquiries and the searches that produced them, configured properly at the start, so month one has a real baseline to be measured against.

Your accounts, your data

Analytics, Search Console, Google Business Profile and rank tracking all live in accounts you own. If we ever part ways, the data stays with you.

Reporting in plain English

What we did, what moved, what didn’t, and what happens next month. No forty-page PDF designed to look like value.

No black box

You’ll always be able to see exactly what work was carried out and why it was prioritised. If a recommendation can’t be explained, it shouldn’t be in the plan.

Client performance data stays between us and our clients, most would rather their competitors didn’t know who’s behind their visibility. On the consultation we’ll walk you through real numbers and exactly what produced them.

ABOUT

What is Escalytic?

Escalytic

/ˌɛskəˈlɪtɪk/ · noun

The point where ambition meets evidence. From escalate, to rise above, and analytic, to find the pattern that explains why.

You deal with me.

Escalytic is run by George Cojocaru, founder, and the person who does the work. Not an account manager relaying instructions to a team you’ll never meet. The person who audits your site is the person who builds the strategy, and the person who reports on it every month.

I spent years in marketing watching the same thing happen. A business with a genuinely better offer losing to a competitor who was simply easier to find. In law, in ecommerce, in finance, the gap between who deserves the customer and who gets them is usually nothing more than visibility. I built Escalytic to close it.

It also means I price the work to the business in front of me, scoped to what you actually need instead of packaged into tiers you pay for either way, with no long lock-ins. If the work stops earning its place, you should be free to walk.

The questions we get asked most.

Meaningful movement usually starts between three and six months. Technical fixes and local visibility can move faster than that, sometimes within weeks. Competitive markets and older, damaged sites take longer. Anyone who gives you a date before they’ve seen your site, your competitors and your starting position is guessing, and you should treat the number accordingly.

Because you’re not buying a placement, you’re earning one. Search engines need to crawl the changes, re-evaluate your site against everyone already ranking, and see that the improvement holds. Your competitors have a head start measured in years of accumulated authority. Closing that gap takes months of consistent work, which is also why, once you’re there, it doesn’t disappear the moment you stop spending.

It depends on two things: whether people actually search for what you sell, and how contested those searches are. For most businesses the answer is yes, but the strategy varies enormously. The free audit and the consultation exist to answer this honestly, including the times when the honest answer is that your budget would do more elsewhere first.

Search didn’t shrink. It split. People still use Google, and they also ask AI assistants, and those assistants build their answers from the same signals that drive rankings: crawlable content, clear structure, credible sources and authority. Being invisible now costs you two channels instead of one. That’s the argument for doing this work, not against it.

As a tool, yes. As a strategy, no. We use AI to move faster on research, analysis and drafting. What we don’t do is publish volumes of generated content and hope, that’s the single most reliable way to build a site search engines learn to distrust. Judgement, original substance and real expertise are what get quoted and ranked. AI just gets you to them quicker.

The methods are industry-agnostic, technical health, search intent, content quality and authority work the same way everywhere. What genuinely changes is how your buyers search, how contested your location is, and what your competitors have already built. Those are specific to you, not to your sector, and they can’t be answered from a template. That’s exactly what we establish in the audit and the consultation before recommending anything.

Two ways to start.

Both are free. Neither commits you to anything.

OPTION 01

Book a free consultation

A straight conversation about your market, your competition and whether search is worth investing in for your business. We’ll look at where you currently stand, what’s realistically achievable, and what it would take to get there. If the answer is that your money is better spent elsewhere first, we’ll tell you that.

30 minutes. No pitch deck.

OPTION 02

Get a free SEO audit

A structured look at what’s holding your site back, before you spend anything with anyone.

  • Technical flaws, broken links, missing H1s, and pages accidentally blocked from search engines
  • Page speed, slow-loading images and code bloat that frustrate visitors and drag your rankings down
  • Mobile usability, whether your mobile experience meets current performance standards
  • A clear baseline, know exactly where you stand before deciding to hire an agency or buy expensive software
  • Prioritised next steps, a structured checklist of which fixes will move your traffic fastest

No lock-in contracts. No obligation. Just an honest answer about whether we can help.
